In 2012 Normoyle Engineering completed 2.8km of balustrade for the Sugardock apartments at Jacksons Landing, including the main glass balustrade façade, pool balustrades, privacy screens and roof canopy glazing, plus a 30-tonne structural steel roof portal.
All elements for the façade were pre-fabricated and modularized in Normoyle factory in Sydney, enabling a quick and efficient site installation.
